Importance of Shravan Month

Shravan Maas is considered as one of the holiest months in the year as per the Hindu calendar. It is the fifth month in the Hindu calendar. In 2015, Shravan Maas begins on 1st August 2015.

But why is this month called Shravan? It is believed that on Poornima or a full moon day or at any time during this month, the Shravan Nakshatra or star rules the skies and hence, this month derives its name from this nakshatra.

The Shravan maas is synonymous with auspicious festivals and events. It is the best time to conduct all-important religious ceremonies, as almost all days in this month are auspicious for shubh arambh, i.e. good start. Shravan maas’ ruling deity is Lord Shiva.

In this month, each Monday is celebrated as Shravan Somvar across all temples with the Dharanatra hanging over the Shiva linga, bathing it with holy water and milk, throughout the day into the night. Devotees offer Bael leaves, flowers, holy water and milk, i.e. Falam-Toyam, Pushpam-Patram to lord Shiva on every Shravan Somwar. They fast until the sun goes down and the Nandadeep, the Akhand Diya, burns throughout.

The significance of Lord Shiva in Shravan Maas

The Samudra Manthan is a very important episode as per the Puranas. The churning of the milky ocean, i.e. Samudra Manthan in search of the amrit, took place during the month of Shravan. During the churning, 14 different rubies emerged from the ocean. Thirteen rubies were divided among the devas and the asuras, however, Halahal, the 14^th ruby remained untouched as it was the deadliest poison which could destroy the whole universe and every living being. Lord Shiva drank the Halahal and stored the poison in his throat. Due to the impact of the poison, his throat turned blue and he came to be called Neelkantha.

Importance of wearing Rudraksh in Shravan Maas

Devout devotees of Lord Shiva consider it auspicious to wear Rudraksha in the month of Shravam. Mondays are dedicated to Lord Shiva as his the ruling deity of the day. However, Mondays in the Shravan maas as known as Shravan Somwar and are highly auspicious, and celebrated with all austerities.

Rituals to following Shravan Maas

• Offering milk to lord Shiva in Shravan Maas leads one to earn a lot of punyas.
• Wear Rudraksha and use it for japas.
• Bhibhuti is considered very important if offered to lord Shiva. Some of it should be smeared on the forehead as well.
• Offer panchamrit (a mixture of milk, curd, butter or ghee, honey and jaggery) and bael leaves to Shiva linga.
• Chant the shiva chalisa and perform regular aarti of lord Shiva.
• Chanting the Mahamritunjay mantra is very auspicious.
• Fast on all Shravan Somvars. This is important for young women seeking good husbands.

Some of these bundles are ‘exported’ to cities in other parts of India like Delhi, Mumbai, etc on a temporary, rotating basis. Most original Nadi centres are in remote rural interiors of Tamil Nadu where Hindi or even English is understood very little and access is difficult for common people, etc.

2. Nadi Astrology gives details of one’s past very correctly including personal details but is inaccurate about future. This is because complete future is known to God alone! No branch of astrology can foretell future that is 100% correct. Therefore, expecting this is foolish. Rishis who wrote on the Nadi leaves were known have had visions about a person in detail ‘till that person approaches a nadi leaf reader and gets his past, present decoded’. Future life of that person was written broadly and in advisory capacity. Remedies (called parihar) to offset/minimize evils are given more importance. These rishis wanted that when a person gets his leaf read, gets his future brief and then performs remedies.

3. Chances of locating ‘your’ leaf are 10%. Yes. For a customer who wants to get his future read, this answer is probably 10-15% as one nadi center cannot keep lakhs of prints. However, we have an-India network with most genuine Nadi centers and chances of locating your leaf are probably 70-80%.

हरियाणा राज्य का एक प्रमुख जिला है जो वर्तमान में अम्बाला,यमुना नगर,करनाल और कैथल से घिरा हुआ है। भारत में आर्यों के आरंभिक दौर में कुरुक्षेत्र (लगभग 1500 ई. पू.) बस चुका था। महाभारत की हिंदू पौराणिक कथाओं से जुड़ा है।

कुरुक्षेत्र का वर्णन श्रीमद् भगवद्गीता के पहले श्लोक में मिलता है। कहते हैं कभी पृथूदक तीर्थ के नजदीक बहती सरस्वती नदी में स्नान करने से अश्वमेघ यज्ञ का पुण्यफल मिलता है।

‘पृथूदक तीर्थ’का महत्व

कुरुक्षेत्र का मुख्य तीर्थ है,’पृथूदक तीर्थ’। विलुप्त हो चुकी सरस्वती नदी में स्नान कर महाराज कुरु ने अष्टांग- धर्म की खेती करने के लिए भूमि जोतना आरंभ किया था। कुरुक्षेत्र का पौराणिक महत्त्व अधिक माना जाता है। इसका ऋग्वेद और यजुर्वेद में अनेक स्थानो पर वर्णन किया गया है।

इस बात के प्रमाण अस्पष्ट हैं कि महाराज कुरु ने भूमि को कहां तक जोता था। यानी कुरुक्षेत्र का प्राचीन वास्तविक विस्तार कहां तक है यह पूरी तरह प्रमाणिक नहीं रहा है।

वामन पुराण के अमूमन संपूर्ण अध्याय में पृथूदक तीर्थ के बारे में कई कथाओं का उल्लेख मिलता है। वामन पुराण के ही अध्याय 12 में लिखा है कि तीर्थों में यह सबसे बड़ा तीर्थ है।

इसके अतिरिक्त महाभारत आदि प्राचीन ग्रंथों से ज्ञात होता है कि ब्रह्मसर (एक तीर्थ) से अधिक पुण्यमयी सरस्वती नदी है,उससे अधिक सरस्वती नदी के तटवर्ती तीर्थ हैं और उनसे भी अधिक पुण्यमय है पृथूदक तीर्थ।

इस पुराण में ही आगे लिखा है कि पृथूदक तीर्थ के निकट सरस्वती नदी में स्नान करने से अश्वमेध यज्ञ करने का पुण्यफल मिलता है और स्नानकर्ता के सारे पाप धुल जाते थे।

वामन पुराण में ही वर्णित है कि भगवान शिव कहते हैं, कुरुक्षेत्र के निकट पृथूदक नाम से विख्यात तीर्थ,तीर्थों में मुख्य है। जहां सरस्वती नदी पूर्वमुखी है। यहां मृगशिरा नक्षत्र में सरस्वती नदी में स्नान करने भक्ति,तिल और मधु को मिश्रित कर पिंडदान करने से पितृ प्रसन्न होकर मनोवांछित वर देते हैं।

भोग कारक शुक्र और बारहवां भाव

द्वादश भाव को प्रान्त्य, अन्त्य और निपु ये तीन संज्ञायें दी जाती हैं और द्वादश स्थान (बारहवां) को त्रिक भावों में से एक माना जाता है, अक्सर यह माना जाता है कि जो भी ग्रह बारहवें भाव में स्थित होता है वह ग्रह इस भाव की हानि करता है और स्थित ग्रह अपना फल कम देता है। बलाबल में भी वह ग्रह कमजोर माना जाता है, लेकिन शुक्र ग्रह बारहवें भाव में धनदायक योग बनाता है और यदि मीन राशि में बारहवें भाव में शुक्र हो तो फिर कहना ही क्या? कारण यह है कि शुक्र बारहवें भाव में काफी प्रसन्न रहता है क्योंकि बारहवां भाव भोग स्थान है और शुक्र भोगकारक ग्रह, इसी कारण इस भाव में शुक्र होने से भोग योग का निर्माण करता है, चंद्र कला नाड़ी की मानें तो- 

"व्यये स्थान गते कात्ये नीचांशक वर्जिते। भाग्याधिपेन सदृष्टे निधि प्राप्तिने संशयः।। "

अर्थात् - शुक्र द्वादश स्थान में स्थित हो और नवमेश द्वारा दृष्ट हो तो ऐसा मनुष्य निधि की प्राप्ति करता है। अर्थात शुक्र की द्वादश स्थान में स्थिति अच्छी मानी गई है।

भावार्थ रत्नाकार में कहा गया है-

"शुक्रस्य षष्ठं संस्थानं योगहं भवति ध्रुवम्। व्यय स्थितस्य शुक्रस्य यथा योगम् वदन्ति हि।।" 

अर्थात - शुक्र छठे स्थान में स्थित होकर उतना ही योगप्रद है जितना की वह द्वादश भाव में स्थित होकर योगप्रद है।

उत्तरकालामृत में कहा गया है कि –

"षष्टस्थो शुभ कृत्कविः" 

अर्थात् - छठे स्थान में शुक्र की स्थिति इसलिये अच्छी मानी जाती है, क्योंकि बारहवें भाव में उसकी पूर्ण दृष्टि रहती है, जिस कारण वह भोगकारी योग बनाता है। इस तरह शुक्र की बारहवें भाव में स्थिति भोग योग बनाती है और भोग बिना धन के संभव नहीं है अतः यही भोग योग धन योग भी बन जाता है। जिन व्यक्तियों के बारहवें भाव में शुक्र स्थित होता है, वे बहुधा योग सामग्री द्वारा अपना जीवन सुविधा से चला लेते हैं। यदि अधिक धनी न हों तो दरिद्री को भी प्राप्त नहीं होता। परंतु जब यह ग्रह शुक्र लग्न के साथ सूर्य लग्न से व चंद्र लग्न से भी द्वादश हो या किन्हीं दो लग्नों में द्वादश स्थान में स्थित हो तो दो लग्नों से द्वादश स्थान में होने के कारण शुक्र दुगुना योगप्रद हो जाता है और तीनों लग्नों से द्वादश हो तो सोने पर सुहागा वाली बात होगी, ऐसी स्थिति में शुक्र अतीव शुभ योग देने वाला, महाधनी बनाने वाला बन जाता है-

भावार्थ रत्नाकर के अनुसार –

यह भाव कारको लग्नाद् व्यये तिष्ठति चेद्यदि। तस्य भावस्थ सर्वस्य भाग्य योग उदीरितः।।

अर्थात् - इस भाव से जातक को विषयक बातों का लाभ होगा, जिस भाव का कारक लग्न से द्वादश भाव में स्थित हो शुक्र जाया (पत्नी) भाव का कारक ग्रह है, अतः जिन जातकों के बारहवें भाव में शुक्र रहता है, उन्हें स्त्री सुख में कभी कमी नहीं होगी, प्रायः ऐसे व्यक्तियों की पत्नी दीर्घजीवी हुआ करती है।
शुक्र की बारहवें भाव में स्थिति जब द्वादशेश के साथ होगी तो शुक्र जातक को बहुत भोगों को देने वाला और मनुष्य को खूब धनी बनाने वाला होगा। शुक्र की यह भी एक विशेष स्थिति होती है कि जब वह किसी ग्रह के बारहवें भाव में स्थित होता है, तब शुक्र अपनी अंतर्दशा में इस ग्रह का फल करता है, जिसके कि वह बारहवें स्थित होता है यानि की अगर शुक्र सूर्य से बारहवें हो और सूर्य की महादशा में शुक्र की अंतर्दशा चल रही हो तो वह सूर्य का शुभ फल देगा, इस नियम के मुताबिक शुक्र की सबसे अच्छी स्थिति तब होगी जब वह किसी जातक की कंडली में गुरु से द्वादश होगा। गुरु और शुक्र परस्पर शुभ ग्रह हैं। सामान्य नियम के अनुसार परस्पर शत्रु ग्रह अपनी दशांतर्दशा में विपरीत फल देते हैं जबकि गुरु से शुक्र द्वादश प्रायः करोड़पतियों की ही कुंडली में पाया जाता है। यदि गुरु लग्नों का भी स्वामी हो अर्थात धनु अथवा मीन सूर्य व चंद्र हो, तब शुक्र की भुक्ति करोड़ों, अरबों रूपये देने वाली होगी। यदि शुक्र वृष या तुला राशि का होकर बारहवें भाव में केतु के साथ हो तो हद से ज्यादा शुभकारी भोग योग बनाता है, जो कि जातक को सुखी जीवन देता है। केतु जब-जब किसी शुभ ग्रह-बुध, गुरु, शुक्र के साथ जिस भाव में बैठता है, उस भाव संबंधी फल जातक को बहुत देता है। अतः फलादेश करते समय जन्मपत्री में बुध गुरु, शुक्र व केतु की स्थितियों को भी अवश्य ध्यान में रखें। 

अंत में कहना यथेष्ट होगा- 

ग्रहराज्यं प्रयच्छति ग्रहाराज्यं हरान्ति च। ग्रहस्तु त्यातितं सर्व जगदेव तच्चराचरम्।। 

अर्थात्- ग्रह ही राज्य देते हैं, ग्रह ही राज्य का हरण कर लेते है, संसार का समस्त चराचर ग्रहों के प्रभाव से युक्त है।

केतु: स्वयम् से परिचय कराने वाला ग्रह

मानव मन सदा कथाओं में रूचि रखता है तथा हम उनके बार - बार कथन और उनके नये अर्थ विस्तार से सदा ही आत्मिक संतोष प्राप्त करते हैं। यही कारण है कि हम ज्योतिष में ग्रहों के जन्म और प्रभाव के विषय में विभिन्न कथाएं पाते हैं। यह कथाएं अपने विस्तार और स्वरूप में एक दूसरे से भिन्न होते हुए भी उनका अंतर्निहित सत्य वास्तव में सदा स्थाई और अटल रहता है। यों भी कथाएं तो दो किनारों को जोड़ने वाले पुल के समान हैं जो न केवल संवाद को एक पूर्णता प्रदान करती है अपितु उनके अर्थ प्रदान कर उनमें निहित सत्य से भी हमारा साक्षात्कार कराती हैं। 

राहु से केतु के जन्म के विषय में एक प्रसिद्ध कथा कुछ इस प्रकार है। राहु एक शक्तिवान असुर था जो कि रूप बदलने की कला में निपुण था। समुद्र मंथन में जब देवताओं और दैत्यों ने सहयोग किया तो उससे प्राप्त होने वाले चैदह अमूल्य रत्नों को उन्होंने अपने बीच बराबर-बराबर बांट लिया। किन्तु अमृत को कोई भी दूसरों के साथ बांटने को राजी नहीं हुआ और वहां युद्ध की सी स्थिति बन गई। तब भगवान विष्णु ने एक अति सुन्दर स़्त्री मोहिनी का रूप लिया और दोनों देवताओं और असुरों को अपनी-अपनी पंक्ति में बैठने को कहा जिससे वह दोनों को बराबर - बराबर अमृत बांट दे। मोहिनी एक हाथ में अमृत से भरा पात्र तथा दूसरे में मदिरा से भरा पात्र ले नृत्य व गान करते हुए दोनों को पिलाने लगी। वह ध्यान पूर्वक देवताओं को अमृत तथा दैत्यों को मदिरा पिला रही थी। उसके इस कार्य पर राहु के अतिरिक्त किसी का भी ध्यान नहीं गया, तब अमृत की इच्छा से राहु देवता का रूप बना सूर्य और चन्द्र के मध्य जा बैठा। तब मोहिनी रूप में भगवान विष्णु ने उसे देवता मान अमृत दिया तो वह उसे तुरन्त ही पी गया। सूर्य तथा चन्द्रमा द्वारा ध्यान दिये जाने पर वह कुछ अलग लगा। 

उन्होंने विष्णु जी को बताया। विष्णु जी को पता लगते ही उन्होंने अपने चक्र से उसके दो टुकडे़ कर दिये, किन्तु अमृतपान के कारण दोनों भाग जीवित रहे और इस प्रकार गर्दन से सिर का भाग राहु और कन्धों से नीचे का भाग केतु कहलाया। जबकि राहु के स्वभाव और प्रभाव को समझने के लिए हमने एक अन्य कथा का सहारा लिया था परन्तु केतु का स्वभाव और चरित्र उपरोक्त केतु कथा के आधार पर समझने का प्रयास करेंगे। जब राहु को विष्णु भगवान ने गर्दन से दो भागों में काट दिया तो ऊपर का भाग राहु तथा नीचे का केतु कहलाने लगा। नेत्र, मुख, नाक, जिह्वा और मस्तिष्क आदि के अभाव में शरीर के निचले भाग के स्वभाव को समझना बहुत ही कठिन है। सामान्यतः तो इस अवस्था में वह एक शव से अधिक कुछ भी नहीं रहता किन्तु केतु के विषय में यह सत्य नहीं है। इस सत्य के विपरीत केतु तो पूर्णतः जीवंत, संवेदित, ऊर्जापूर्ण, शक्तिशाली तथा क्रियाशील है। वास्तव में केतु में ही अमृत के प्रभाव को जाना जा सकता है। 

यदि हम केवल शारीरिक प्रकृति, स्वभाव और चरित्र को ही केतु का असली स्वभाव मानें तो हम उसके विषय में अधिक नहीं जान पायेंगे। केतु का शारीरिक रूप तो यह दिखाता है कि व्यक्ति इस संसार में फंसा हुआ है तथा अनेक योजनाओं और संभावनाओं के रहते भी उनको कार्य रूप देने का कोई मार्ग नहीं खोज पाता। मस्तिष्क, नेत्र आदि के न रहते, वह अपनी बुद्धि, चेतना तथा पूर्णताओं का सही रूप में प्रयोग नहीं कर सकता। अतः केतु अपनी समस्याओं के उत्तर के लिए इधर - उधर घुमक्कड़ की तरह घूमता रहता है। इस प्रयास में वह अपनी पूर्ण शक्ति से अपने लक्ष्यों को खोजता है तथा परिणामों से न घबराकर, शक्ति भर प्रयास करता है किन्तु पूर्ण प्रयास के बाद दिशाहीनता के चलते वह अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त नहीं कर पाता। ऐसे में एक समय ऐसा आता है जब वह इस निरन्तर पराजय से एक जख्मी योद्धा की तरह हार मानकर जीवन समर में एक ओर बैठ जाता है, कुछ समय बाद अपनी समस्त भागदौड़ को त्यागकर अपने आप में ही प्रश्नों के उत्तर खोजने लगता है। एक ही प्रत्यक्ष शारीरिक दोष सही राह पाने के रास्ते को सैकड़ों परेशानियों से भर देता है। यह हमें केतु के विषय में स्पष्ट दिखाई देता है। 

केतु एक ऐसी जीवन्त शक्ति का द्योतक है जो जीवन से भरपूर होते हुए भी अपनी अभिव्यक्ति के लिए मार्ग को नहीं जानता। इसी प्रयास में वह एक सिरे से शुरू करता है मगर असफल होने पर इधर-उधर कूदता-फांदता है और इसी प्रयास में हारकर अपने को घायल, त्रस्त, विफल, कुंठित, दुखी, एकाकी तथा परम हताश पाता है कि क्या करे, क्या न करे। इन्हीं निराशाजनक परिस्थितियों में भी अपनी जीवटता को वह पुनः चला, साहसपूर्वक नए प्रयास में लग जाता है। किन्तु ज्ञान, दिशा और समझ के अभाव में पराजय व हताशा का खेल चलता ही रहता है। अमरत्व का प्रभाव ही इतना चमत्कारी है कि न तो इसे शांत बैठने देता है न ही अपनी परिस्थिति के कारण वह लक्ष्य प्राप्त ही कर पाता है और स्वयं ही इसका हल वह नहीं जानता। इसी भागदौड़ में एक समय ऐसा भी आता है कि जब सभी प्रयासों को निरर्थक जान, वह उत्तरों को अपने ही भीतर खोजने लगता है। यहां से केतु की असली प्रकृति हमारे सामने आती है जो कि जीवन की सभी समस्याओं और उलझनों से पार पाने में समर्थ है। मुंह के अभाव में केतु के पास अंतज्र्ञान और स्पर्श दोनों की अनुभूति के अतिरिक्त अन्य कोई भी ज्ञान का माध्यम नहीं है। 

एक समय आता है कि केतु अपने ही भीतर समस्याओं के उत्तर खोजने लगता है। जिस क्षण यह खोज की दिशा बदलकर अन्तर्मुखी होती है, आध्यात्मिकता की ओर उन्मुख होती है तब केतु अपना ही मार्गदर्शक हो जाता है। ऐसा नहीं है कि जीवन की समस्याओं के हल किसी स्थान पर रखे हुए हैं जो जाकर वहां से उठा लायें और जीवन आनन्दमय हो गया। वह उत्तर जो जीवन में सही मायनों में अर्थवान होते हैं, वह तो अन्तःज्ञान से ही प्राप्त हो सकते हैं। यह अन्तःबोध अचानक ही उद्घाटित होता है किन्तु इसके लिए एक निरन्तर प्रयास की आवश्यकता होती है। केतु की प्रकृति में यह अकस्मात् और चमत्कृत भाव बार - बार देखने में आता है। यदि कोई परम चेतना को जानना चाहता है अथवा उसका भाग होना चाहता है तो उसका अन्तिम निर्णय तो परम चेतना के पास ही रहता है। व्यक्ति कुछ भी इच्छा कर सकता है, यदि वह वास्तव में उसके योग्य नहीं है तो उसका अधिकार भी परमशान्ति में ही निहित है। शायद इसी कारण जिज्ञासु तो जन्मों - जन्मों तक सत्य की खोज में लगा रहता है किन्तु एक दिन अचानक ही आकाश से वर्षा होती है और सिद्धार्थ गौतम पूर्ण प्रज्ञा को प्राप्त कर तथागत बुद्ध हो जाता है। परम लक्ष्य को पाने के मार्ग में बार-बार गिरकर उठना पड़ता है। 

केतु हमें यही संदेश देता है कि अपने आध्यात्मिक पक्ष से परिचित होने के लिए बार - बार असफल होना नितांत आवश्यक है। केतु यह आभास दिलाता है कि स्वयं कठिनाइयों से गुजरकर सूली पर चढ़कर ही ज्ञान को प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। चुनौतियों से टकराकर आत्म बलिदान का गुण उसे पूर्ण सत्य तक ले जाता है। पूर्ण सत्य को जानने का सबसे सहज और उत्तम मार्ग यहां - वहां खोजते रहने में नहीं, अपने भीतर झांककर अंतःज्ञान से उसे पाने में ही है।

आजकल लोग अनुभव सिद्ध एवं व्यवहारिक उपाय चाहते हैं ताकि आम व्यक्ति, जन सामान्य एवं पीड़ित व्यक्ति लाभ उठा सके। ग्रहों की शांति के लिए सरल एवं अचूक उपाय प्रस्तुत हैं- जिसमें लाल किताब व ऋषि पाराशर प्रणीत ज्योतिष शास्त्र के उपाय सम्मिलित हैं।

पाराशर एस्ट्रोलॉजी के अनुसार :

1. सूर्य ग्रहों का राजा है। इसलिए देवाधिदेव भगवान् विष्णु की अराधना से सूर्य देव प्रसन्न होते हैं। सूर्य को जल देना, गायत्री मंत्र का जप करना, रविवार का व्रत करना तथा रविवार को केवल मीठा भोजन करने से सूर्य देव प्रसन्न होते हैं। सूर्य का रत्न 'माणिक्य' धारण करना चाहिए परंतु यदि क्षमता न हो तो तांबे की अंगूठी में सूर्य देव का चिह्न बनवाकर दाहिने हाथ की अनामिका में धारण करें (रविवार के दिन) तथा साथ ही सूर्य के मंत्र का 108 बार जप करें।

ऊँ ह्रां ह्रीं ह्रौं सः सूर्याय नमः

2. ग्रहों में चंद्रमा को स्त्री स्वरूप माना है। भगवान शिव ने चंद्रमा को मस्तक पर धारण किया है। चंद्रमा के देवता भगवान शिव हैं। सोमवार के दिन शिवलिंग पर जल चढ़ाएं व शिव चालीसा का पाठ करें। 16 सोमवार का व्रत करें तो चंद्रमा ग्रह द्वारा प्रदत्त कष्ट दूर होते हैं। रत्नों में मोती चांदी की अंगूठी में धारण कर सकते हैं। चंद्रमा के दान में दूध, चीनी, चावल, सफेद पुष्प, दही (सफेद वस्तुओं) का दान दिया जाता है तथा मंत्र जप भी कर सकते हैं।

ऊँ सों सोमाय नमः

3. जन्मकुंडली में मंगल यदि अशुभ हो तो मंगलवार का व्रत करें, हनुमान चालीसा, सुंदरकांड का पाठ करें। मूंगा रत्न धारण करें या तांबे की अंगूठी बनवाकर उसमें हनुमान जी का चित्र अंकितकर मंगलवार को धारण कर सकते हैं। स्त्रियों को हनुमान जी की पूजा करना वर्जित बताया गया है। मंगल के दान में गुड़, तांबा, लाल चंदन, लाल फूल, फल एवं लाल वस्त्र का दान दें।

ऊँ अं अंगारकाय नमः

4. ग्रहों में बुध युवराज है। बुध यदि अशुभ स्थिति में हो तो हरा वस्त्र न पहनें तथा भूलकर भी तोता न पालें। अन्यथा स्वास्थ्य खराब रह सकता है। बुध संबंधी दान में हरी मूंग, हरे फल, हरी सब्जी, हरा कपड़ा दान-दक्षिणा सहित दें व बीज मंत्र का जप करें।

ऊँ बुं बुधाय नमः

5. गुरु : गुरु का अर्थ ही महान है- सर्वाधिक अनुशासन, ईमानदार एवं कर्त्तव्यनिष्ठ। गुरु तो देव गुरु हैं। जिस जातक का गुरु निर्बल, वक्री, अस्त या पापी ग्रहों के साथ हो तो वह ब्रह्माजी की पूजा करें। केले के वृक्ष की पूजा एवं पीपल की पूजा करें। पीली वस्तुओं (बूंदी के लडडू, पीले वस्त्र, हल्दी, चने की दाल, पीले फल) आदि का दान दें। रत्नों में पुखराज सोने की अंगूठी में धारण कर सकते हैं व बृहस्पति के मंत्र का जप करते रहें।

ऊँ बृं बृहस्पतये नमः

6. शुक्र असुरों का गुरु, भोग-विलास, गृहस्थ एवं सुख का स्वामी है। शुक्र स्त्री जातक है तथा जन समाज का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है। जिन जातकों का शुक्र पीड़ित करता हो, उन्हें गाय को चारा, ज्वार खिलाना चाहिए एवं समाज सेवा करनी चाहिए। रत्नों में हीरा धारण करना चाहिए या बीज मंत्र का जप करें।

ऊँ शुं शुक्राय नमः

7. सूर्य पुत्र शनि, ग्रहों में न्यायाधीश है तथा न्याय सदैव कठोर ही होता है जिससे लोग शनि से भयभीत रहते हैं। शनि चाहे तो राजा को रंक तथा रंक को राजा बना देता है। शनि पीड़ा निवृत्ति हेतु महामृत्युंजय का जप, शिव आराधना करनी चाहिए। शनि के क्रोध से बचने के लिए काले उड़द, काले तिल, तेल एवं काले वस्त्र का दान दें। शनि के रत्न (नीलम) को धारण कर सकते हैं।

ऊँ प्रां प्रीं प्रौं सः शनैश्चराय नमः

8. राहु की राक्षसी प्रवृत्ति है। इसे ड्रेगन्स हैड भी कहते हैं। राहु के दान में कंबल, लोहा, काले फूल, नारियल, कोयला एवं खोटे सिक्के आते हैं। नारियल को बहते जल में बहा देने से राहु शांत हो जाता है। राहु की महादशा या अंतर्दशा में राहु के मंत्र का जप करते रहें। गोमेद रत्न धारण करें।

ऊँ भ्रां भ्रीं भ्रौं सः राहवे नमः

9. केतु राक्षसी मनोवृत्ति वाले राहु का निम्न भाग है। राहु शनि के साथ समानता रखता है एवं केतु मंगल के साथ। इसके आराध्य देव गणपति जी हैं। केतु के उपाय के लिए काले कुत्ते को शनिवार के दिन खाना खिलाना चाहिए। किसी मंदिर या धार्मिक स्थान में कंबल दान दें। रत्नों में लहसुनिया धारण करें।

ऊँ स्त्रां स्त्रीं स्त्रौं सः केतवे नमः

दान मुहूर्त(दान का समय)

1. सूर्य का दान : ज्ञानी पंडित को रविवार दोपहर के समय।

2. चंद्र का दान : सोमवार के दिन, पूर्णमासी या एकादशी को नवयौवना स्त्री को देना चाहिए।

3. मंगल का दान : क्षत्रिय नवयुवक को दोपहर के समय।

4. बुध का दान : किसी कन्या को बुधवार शाम के समय।

5. गुरु का दान : ब्राह्मण, ज्योतिषी को प्रातः काल।

6. शुक्र का दान : सायंकाल के समय नवयुवती को।

7. शनि का दान : शनिवार को गरीब, अपाहिज को शाम के समय।

8. राहु का दान : कोढ़ी को शाम के समय।

9. केतु का दान : साधु को देना चाहिए।

नवग्रह शांति के अनुभवसिद्ध सरल उपाय :

सूर्य ग्रह को प्रसन्न करने के लिए रविवार को प्रातः सूर्य को अर्घ्य दें तथा जल में लाल चंदन घिसा हुआ, गुड़ एवं सफेद पुष्प भी डाल लें तथा साथ ही सूर्य मंत्र का जप करते हुए 7 बार परिक्रमा भी कर लें।

चंद्र ग्रह के लिए हमेशा बुजुर्ग औरतों का सम्मान करें व उनके पैर छूकर आशीर्वाद लें। चंद्रमा पानी का कारक है। इसलिए कुएं, तालाब, नदी में या उसके आसपास गंदगी को न फैलाएं। सोमवार के दिन चावल व दूध का दान करते रहें।

मंगल के लिए हनुमान जी को लाल चोला चढ़ाएं, मंगलवार के दिन सिंदूर एवं चमेली का तेल हनुमान जी को अर्पण करें। इससे हनुमान जी प्रसन्न होते हैं। यह प्रयोग केवल पुरुष ही करें।

बुध ग्रह के लिए तांबे का एक सिक्का लेकर उसमें छेद करके बहते पानी में बहा दें। बुध को अपने अनुकूल करने के लिए बहन, बेटी व बुआ को इज्जत दें व उनका आशीर्वाद लेते रहें। शुभ कार्य (मकान मुर्हूत) (शादी-विवाह) के समय बहन व बेटी को कुछ न कुछ अवश्य दें व उनका आशीर्वाद लें। कभी-कभी (नपुंसक) का आशीर्वाद भी लेना चाहिए।

बृहस्पति ग्रह के लिए बड़ों का दोनों पांव छूकर आशीर्वाद लें। पीपल के वृक्ष के पास कभी गंदगी न फैलाएं व जब भी कभी किसी मंदिर, धर्म स्थान के सामने से गुजरें तो सिर झुकाकर, हाथ जोड़कर जाएं। बृहस्पति के बीज मंत्र का जप करते रहें।

शुक्र ग्रह यदि अच्छा नहीं है तो पत्नी व पति को आपसी सहमति से ही कार्य करना चाहिए। व जब घर बनाएं तो वहां कच्ची जमीन अवश्य रखें तथा पौधे लगाकर रखें। कच्ची जगह शुक्र का प्रतीक है। जिस घर में कच्ची जगह नहीं होती वहां घर में स्त्रियां खुश नहीं रह सकतीं। यदि कच्ची जगह न हो तो घर में गमले अवश्य रखें जिसमें फूलों वाले पौधे हों या हरे पौधे हों। दूध वाले पौधे या कांटेदार पौधे घर में न रखें। इससे घर की महिलाओं को सेहत संबंधी परेशानी हो सकती है।

शनि ग्रह से पीड़ित व्यक्ति को लंगड़े व्यक्ति की सेवा करनी चाहिए। चूंकि शनि देव लंगड़े हैं तो लंगड़े, अपाहिज भिखारी को खाना खिलाने से वे अति प्रसन्न होते हैं।

राहु ग्रह से पीड़ित को कौड़ियां दान करें। रात को सिरहाने कुछ मूलियां रखकर सुबह उनका दान कर दें। कभी-कभी सफाई कर्मचारी को भी चाय के लिए पैसे देते रहें। केतु ग्रह की शांति के लिए गणेश चतुर्थी की पूजा करनी चाहिए। कुत्ता पालना या कुत्ते की सेवा करनी चाहिए (रोटी खिलाना)।

केतु ग्रह के लिए काले-सफेद कंबल का दान करना भी फायदेमंद है। केतु-ग्रह के लिए पत्नी के भाई (साले), बेटी के पुत्र (दोहते) व बेटी के पति (दामाद) की सेवा अवश्य करें। यहां सेवा का मतलब है जब भी ये घर आएं तो इन्हें इज्जत दें।

ज्योतिष के अनुसार नौकरी लगने का समय

शास्त्रों के अनुसार ग्रहों का मानव शरीर पर किसी न किसी रूप में प्रभाव पड़ते हैं। ये प्रभाव प्रतिकूल या अनुकूल हो सकते हैं। मानव की सभी क्रियाएं, कमोबेश, इन ग्रहों के द्वारा संचालित होती हैं। नौ ग्रहों में किस ग्रह की महादशा और अंतर्दशा में नौकरी मिलेगी इसका विस्तृत विवरण यहां प्रस्तुत है।

1. लग्न के स्वामी की दशा और अंतर्दशा में
2. नवमेश की दशा या अंतर्दशा में
3. षष्ठेश की दशा या, अंतर्दशा में
4. प्रथम, षष्ठम, नवम और दशम भावों में स्थित ग्रहों की दशा या अंतर्दशा में
5. राहु और केतु की दशा, या अंतर्दशा में
6. दशमेश की दशा या अंतर्दशा में
7. द्वितीयेश और एकादशेश की दशा या अंतर्दशा में

पहले नियम में लग्नेश की दशा या अंतर्दशा का विचार किया गया है। इसका मुख्य कारण यह है कि लग्न शरीर माना जाता है। नवम भाव भाग्य का भाव माना जाता है। भाग्य का बलवान होना अति आवश्यक है। अतः नवमेश की दशो या अंतर्दशा में भी नौकरी मिल सकती है। छठा भाव प्रतियोगिता का भाव माना जाता है। दशम भाव से नवम अर्थात भाग्य और नवम भाव से दशम अर्थात व्यवसाय का निर्देश करता है, अतः षष्ठेश की दशा या अंतर्दशा में भी नौकरी मिल सकती है। जो ग्रह प्रथम, षष्ठम, नवम और दशम में स्थित हों वे भी अपनी दशा, या अंतर्दशा में नौकरी दे सकते हंै। जीवन की कोई भी शुभ या अशुभ घटना राहु और केतु की दशा या अंतर्दशा में घटित हो सकती है। यह घटना राहु या केतु का संबंध किसी भाव से कैसा (शुभ या अशुभ) है इस पर निर्भर करती है। दशम भाव व्यवसाय का भाव माना जाता है। अतः दशमेश की दशा या अंतर्दशा में नौकरी मिल सकती है। एकादश भाव धन लाभ का और दूसरा धन का माना जाता है। अतः द्वितीयेश और एकादशेश की दशा या अंतर्दशा में भी नौकरी मिल सकती है। ग्रहों का गोचर भी महत्वपूर्ण घटना में अपना योगदान देता है। गोचर: गुरु गोचर में दशम या दशमेश से नौकरी मिलने के समय केंद्र या त्रिकोण में होता है।

• अगर जातक का लग्न मेष, मिथुन, सिंह, वृश्चिक, वृष, या तुला हो, तो जब भी शनि और गुरु एक-दूसरे से केंद्र, या त्रिकोण में हों, तो नौकरी मिल सकती है, अर्थात नौकरी मिलने के समय शनि और गुरु का एक-दूसरे से केंद्र या त्रिकोण में होना अति आवश्यक है।
• नौकरी मिलने के समय शनि या गुरु का या दोनों का दशम भाव और दशमेश दोनों से या किसी एक से संबंध होता है।
• नौकरी मिलने के समय शनि और राहु एक-दूसरे से केंद्र या त्रिकोण में होते हैं।
• नौकरी मिलने के समय जिस ग्रह की दशा और अंतर्दशा चल रही है उसका संबंध किसी तरह दशम भाव या दशमेश से या दोनों से होता है।
